Applying for a Canadian Immigrant Visa--We Don't Just Count Points, We Advocate Our Clients' Rights!

We prepare the application forms perfectly and we advise and assist our clients to provide full and complete supporting documentation, ensuring that our clients become candidates for possible Interview Waiver. But our services don't stop there. We act as the communication conduit between the Visa Office and the applicant. All communications from the Visa Office come to our law office, no mail or other communications will be sent to our clients' residences or places of employment. The most important single element of the immigration process is the Personal Interview with a Canadian visa officer. Most applicants are required to attend such an interview, and we expect this requirement will continue under the new Immigration law.
