DO YOU QUALIFY

Most applicants for immigration to Canada qualify in the Skilled Worker category. There is also the Business Immigration category, which includes Investors, Entrepreneurs and certain Self-Employed applicants. You can read about all the categories at Canada’s Immigration Program. In this section, you can submit your personal information to me for an assessment of:

YOUR CHANCES OF QUALIFYING AS A SKILLED WORKER?
Please complete the Personal Data Form below for my assessment of your chances. You should understand that only a Visa Officer can make a final decision on your application. Currently, there is a Pass Mark of 67 points, based on a selection grid that awards points for the following factors: Education, Language Abilities in English and/or French, Work Experience, Age, Arranged Employment and Adaptability.

Pass Mark is a Guideline
However, you should know that the Pass Mark is a Guideline for the Visa Officer. Under our Immigration Law, a Visa Officer can exercise his or her discretion, either to approve an applicant who scores less than the pass mark (positive discretion) or to refuse an applicant who scores the pass mark points or higher (negative discretion).

My preliminary assessment of your ability to possibly qualify for Canada is based on the information you provide on the following form.
